Kamloops hosts first Queer Film Festival
One of the stories I covered during my internship at CBC Daybreak Kamloops was the first-ever Queer Film Festival in Kamloops brought by a partnership between the Kamloops Film Society and Kamloops Pride. I attended the launch party at the Paramount Theatre where I was able to interview some of the attendants as well as the members who organized this event.
